Vedette Shapewear Giveaway! {3 WINNERS}

I was super excited to review Vedette Shapewear. I have a Miraclebody swimsuit and I often think about wearing it under my clothes just to keep everything in place!

I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant with Natalie (60 pounds to be exact) and I gained about half that with my second pregnancy. BUT my pant size and hips seem twice as big! Even though I gained less weight, I feel like I gained all 30lbs around my hips! Luckily I have the Stephanie Full Body Shaper.

You definitely can see a significant difference in my butt and my muffin top isn’t busting out the top of my jeans.

I chose the Large size based off my height and weight on the size chart. Even though according to my dress size I should have gotten the XL and maybe even the 2XL.

According to my weight alone, I should have got a Medium size. However it does say Vedette sizing runs small so if you’re between two sizes, it’s best to choose the next size up.

Thank goodness I didn’t get a medium!! It took two people to get me into the large… seriously! My marvelous husband helped me squeeze into it. It took both of us pulling just to get it on. And of course he loves it! It truly makes me look and feel about 20 pounds lighter.

Even though it’s pretty hot on a humid day here in Georgia and it is very tight, I’m happy with the size I chose. It’s firm control so it’s supposed to be tight. Plus I know it will still fit really well even after I lose some extra weight. Even with it so tight, it doesn’t cut into my sides and stomach like similar shapers do. The only real problem I had was the straps. And again once I lose some weight surely they won’t rub as much, but right now after wearing it all day, my arms (where the top straps sit) become very red and irritated.
