Sophias Style

Well it’s official, I’m putting Natalie in a PAGEANT! Now before you go all “Toddlers and Tiaras” on me, hear me out! I’ve never been into the whole pageant thing. Not that there’s anything wrong with it but it’s not really something that interests me. I did one pageant when I was a teen, but never did it again. Like I said, it’s just not something I’m particularity interested in.

Since Natalie was born, my sister-in-law has been dying to put her in a pageant. Her only daughter of 4 kids, has been in tons of them, has won the majority of them, and truly enjoys doing it!

This September there’s a local pageant (actually where my husband went to high school) and I thought it’d be a great starter pageant to see if it’s something Natalie would enjoy!

Sweet Kids White Fuchsia Organza Polka Dot Flower Girl DressRight away I was on the hunt for an adorable dress! I was immediately drawn to the Sweet Kids White Fuchsia Organza Polka Dot Dress from Sophias Style when I saw it! It is actually a flower girl dress but would work for any special occasion.

I received the 2T size which is the smallest size available and should be a perfect fit for her by September. The dress has a built-in crinoline piece underneath to make the dress fuller but we may add another piece just to make it extra poofy. This will also help with the length if it’s still a little too long.
