If your children have seen Princess and the Frog, Cinderella, Tangled, or just love princesses in general, the Disney on Ice, Dare to Dream show is a MUST see! I promise they won’t be disappointed! This show is brand spankin new! Atlanta is only the 7th city they’ve been to, so the show is just as fun and excited for them, as it was for us!
My 2yr old daughter, Natalie, hasn’t seen any of the movies or any of the characters besides the Mickey Mouse crew and she absolutely loved it! I wasn’t sure if she’d be able to sit still for so long and it being so close to her bed time I was worried about her being grumpy but she did marvelous!
During the show, she’d get excited and clap and yell “Yay!”. It was so cute! We brought jackets thinking Disney On ICE might be cold but we didn’t even need them. The room was actually the perfect temperature!
Before the show, Feld Entertainment had a perfect set up for us with fun crafts, coloring for the kids, snacks, drinks, and we even had the opportunity to meet some of the actual Disney On Ice characters!! My little girl cried the first time she met them but she did much better the second time around, plus her mommy was with her!
I went with my sister-in-law and her 7yr old daughter, Mackenzie, and I’m so glad we did! Even though the show is for all ages, Mackenzie was the perfect age and she was really excited! Disney On Ice is definitely something she’ll remember for the rest of her life! (Me too!)
I had never been to an ice skating show before so I really didn’t know what to expect. And I was truly blown away! I had the opportunity to meet Candice from Mommy Explorer for the first time and we got to sit right next to each other!
The show was really amazing! It was mostly skits with singing and dancing but there were also jaw-dropping ice skating tricks and astonishing acrobatic air stunts!! Of course, the cotton candy and snow cones ($12) were way over priced but the cups make a nice keep sake!

You got some great shots! It was a lot of fun!
we went there too last night. How were the seats?
I didn’t know you were going! We should have car pooled!! 🙂 The seats were fabulous! We were 13 rows from the rink!
Looks like a great time! We’ll be there Sunday at noon 🙂 I scored some tickets through work!
Great review! I was thinking of taking my two year old and wondering if she’d enjoy it. Hearing that your daughter did makes me think maybe mine would.
Disney on Ice is in my town this weekend, my daughter is only one so we won’t be going this time around but next year when they come I think she’ll be old enough to appreciate it. Looks like you had a great time!
I’m jealous! We have Disney on Ice coming here in November although it’s a different show. I’m looking forward to taking my kids to it. It’s awesome you were able to promote this!
I think I’ve been to three Disney shows or so, and nobody does it better. I absolutely love them, with or without kids!
Love the pics! We had such a blast too!
I remember my parents taking me to see a Disney on Ice show when I was a kid….like almost 20 years ago. I don’t really think my son would enjoy it much seeing as how he’s 15, but I’m sure it would be a great experience for little ones.
If its possible could you email me the dare to dream pictures of the opening? But in separate pictures?
