The time change is coming up next Sunday and I am SO ready to “Fall Back” and get that extra hour of sleep! It is much needed around here! On the first Sunday in November (Nov 6), you should set your clocks backwards one hour, starting at 2:00 AM.
Now I know most of our clocks now are automatically set for DST and will probably set themselves but this is also the perfect time to adopt a life-saving habit – changing the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
