I gained a TON of weight with both my pregnancies. Okay, well maybe not an actual ton, but a good 60 pounds! I was determined to lose all my baby weight and refused to buy new clothes until I hit my goal! So for many weeks (okay months… err years) I wore baggy mom jeans and faded maternity shirts with the desire of wearing stylish, youthful clothes on my hot new body!
My youngest is almost 2 years old now, and I have officially lost all my baby weight! (cue applause) Ladies you know what I’m talking about! OMG…I LOVE that striped sweater dress! I always love the look of a sweater dress and then think I can’t pull it off when I try it on. Why? Because it shows every little extra cupcake that I decided to indulge in. LOL. I’m definitely going to have to check out Spiegel’s Shape FX line!
Congratulations!! I’m so jealous – I still haven’t hit my goal, though I did gain over 100 lbs during pregnany and ppd. I’ve lost about half though, I can’t wait to get it all off!
That’s great you’ve lost all of your baby weight now! Good for you! 20+ years later, I cannot say the same! I wish I could fit into stylish clothes like that.
