I DID IT!! I finished my “30 Before I’m 30” Bucket List in one year! I completed the very last item on my list the day before my 30th birthday.
“Spend the Night in a Haunted Place” was number thirty. We stayed in the Salem Inn in Salem, Massachusetts. We didn’t see anything spooky while we were there. But I was so tired that a ghost could’ve jumped up and down on top of me, and I probably wouldn’t have moved.
The Salem Inn, Massachusetts
I created this list after my dad died to force myself to get out there and live life! There are lots of things that I probably never would’ve completed if it wasn’t for this list. I tried so many new things and made lots of great memories! I absolutely loved scuba diving and skydiving! Skiing and surfing, eh, not so much, but I don’t regret a second of it.
Central Park, New York
I’m thankful for such a supportive husband who was forced on this crazy journey! He did a lot of these bucket list items with me. I never would’ve planned this awesome birthday trip if it hadn’t been for this list!
Vanderbilt Mansion (The Breakers), Rhode Island
We drove 1247 miles through New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, & Vermont.
Casco Bay, Maine
I’ve been to 34 states now, and my mom has officially visited every state in the United States of America! We took a detour all the way through New Hampshire just to hit Vermont.
Ossipee Mountains, New Hampshire
We just got back home from my epic 30th Birthday Trip! I can’t wait to share more photos with you!
So, what’s next? 40 Before I’m 40?? Maybe, we shall see…
I love it! I think every decade, you should just add 10 things to the list. You will have SO many stories to tell.
That was some list I think I have only done about 10-15 of those things and I am over 40. It is fun to go on a road trip with the family. That was a very long one sounds like fun.
Congratulations on this awesome accomplishment! I love your inspiration behind starting this bucket list and feel it serves a great way to kick off such an important milestone.
This is incredible! And I adore that you have this documented to look back on. Cheers to your bucket list accomplishments!
I love the idea of a thirty Before Thirty list. How cool that you managed to mark everything off yours.
Oh this is awesome! It must be great to know that you can make a list of many more fun things. I bet this year was a blast!
Welcome to the Over 30 Crew. Heck, I’m over 40!
Love your list & adventures.
that was quite the list! I need one before I am 50. Haha
Happy 30th birthday! Love the Bucket List you created! Can’t wait to see all the things you accomplish from it.
That is such a cool list to keep. You are one brave girl too! Happy Birthday!
Love this. I’m turning 39 this year – so you gave me a great idea – I’m going to make a llist for my 40th!! Thanks for the idea 🙂
That is SO amazing! Congratulations for completing your bucket list and I think it’s awesome! Happy birthday as well and I hope you had a good one!
I’ve seen a lot of people make a bucket list. I’ve never heard of anyone completing it. Congrats and Happy 30th! 🙂
Oh yes, you did it! Reading those 30 things… they are so cool. Too bad am over 30 that I can’t do that kind of bucket list now. Maybe a 40before40? Lol
Congratualtions! That was some feat. I am happy you were able to accomplish everything on your list. Thanks for sharing your joy with us. You are an inspiration to many.
Love this except for carving your name into a tree. Not very respectful to the environment/ those who would also like to appreciate nature’s untouched beauty without having to see someone else’s trace
