I participated in a campaign on behalf of One2One Network for Keurig. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
My parents were always morning coffee drinkers. When I was a kid, I remember waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and the sound of the news blaring on the tv.
I guess I never picked it up from them because I’m actually not much of a coffee drinker.
My husband never use to drink coffee either but as he’s gotten older, he likes to indulge into a cup or two at work.
He was thrilled to find out we were getting a Keurig K65 Special Edition! The Keurig is perfect for him since he only needs one cup for the road. And we don’t waste an entire pot of coffee for just one cup.
Since I’m not a huge fan of coffee, I’ve tried some freshly brewed iced tea and lemonade. My girls are also loving the fresh hot chocolate and apple cider we’ve been making!
When I do drink coffee, it’s usually full of sugar and milk! The first thing I made with the new Keurig was a white chocolate french vanilla latte! Here’s how I make mine…
White Chocolate French Vanilla Latte Recipe
- 1 French Vanilla K-Cup Coffee
- Frothed Milk (Whole or 2% will work)
- 2-3 tablespoons White Chocolate Chips
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Syrup
1. Brew your preferred blend of coffee. My husband likes a stronger cup than I do. If you don’t have a french vanilla k-cup, you could always make regular coffee and add vanilla extract flavoring.
2. Froth your milk with a milk frother or by hand, depending on your desired amount of milk. Whole milk will be richer but the 2% milk will foam up easier.
3. Add white chocolate chips to the warm milk and mix until blended.
4. Pour the warm frothed mixture into your freshly brewed coffee. Add as little or a much as you would like.
5. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
