I’m at home!!! I was given the option to be induced today but went home instead! Fluid went back up in the normal range and was never really low to begin with. It was 7.8 and anything under 7 would be considered low. Today it was back up to 10!
The cord isn’t looped around her neck, draped over her shoulders, but not looped. And she’s anywhere from 6lbs 6oz or 6lbs 15oz which is a normal size baby for me! Natalie weighted 6lbs 10oz when she was born and I was 6lbs 6oz.
I was monitored overnight and everything looks perfect. Good movement, steady heartbeat with plenty of variations which means she has a good nervous system!
Plus I’m already dilated almost to 4cm and having lots of random contractions. I might go naturally over the weekend!!

Yay! So glad to hear everything is all good. Much better to go naturally – so I hope that is exactly what happens for you this weekend!

Good idea to stay away from the indicution. This is how I ended up with the C-section 🙁
So glad that you are home! Any kind of hospital visits scare the crud out of me. Glad to hear baby girl is alright!
Yay for you! I don’t blame you for wanting to do it yourself. You are stuck laying there when you are induced and at least you can move around now and bring on some contractions normally. Prayers still going up for you!
I can’t believe you are already ready to have that baby! It’s like you just posted you were pregnant yesterday!! Congrats! Can’t wait to see the new addtion to your family!
Glad things are looking good and you were sent home. I had a high risk pregnancy due to gestational diabetes – soooo much monitoring! They also thought my fluid was low once… but it went back up after she wee’d lol
I’m so happy everything is okay and will soon be giving you a congratulations if you’re already dilating.
Hope you can avoid the induction, it makes the contractions VERY powerful, and you still might end up w/a C-section. Hang in there — as long as your fluids are WNL and the cord’s not looped – you’re dilating, and have already been thru labor so you can do it!!! I know that you will be in ALL our prayers – it won’t be long and that wonderful new Baby will be HERE!!! ;-))
