First of all I need to show off these new adorable dresses I got from A Pocket Full of Sunshine Boutique! They are absolutely darling!
They came with the dress, the sash, the headband, and even the necklace! It was a one day sale and I got them for just $10!
They are perfect dresses for a photo shoot!
Here’s a few pictures from yesterday when we made homemade lemonade. The girls have a hard time getting all the juice out of the lemon but they have fun trying.
And I thought I’d post a quick update on my dad… This a picture of my dad (and mom) the day before we found out he had Small Cell Lung Cancer and then a picture of him a month later.
He looks so much older to me now. I hardly even recognize him. My mom has been with him 35 years and she’s never seen him completely shaved. And obviously, neither have I.

Those are gorgeous little outfits and what a deal! I bet the lemonade was extra delicious – I remember making fresh orange juice when I was a kid. Sorry to hear about your dad, he does look quite different in just a month. His smile hasn’t changed and that is important.

So sorry to hear about your dad’s cancer. My father was only 47 when he died from brain cancer. That was many years ago, Cancer affects so many people it is so crazy.

I actually have a whole board on pinterest called “lemonade party” for when I move… I thought it would make a cute theme. These dresses would be the perfect outfit for my daughter! Adorable.
