This post is part of a compensated campaign with Sears. All opinions are my own.
Losing weight is one of the most, if not the most, popular New Year’s resolution. It’s also one of the most commonly broken New Year’s resolutions, followed by quitting smoking.
I quit smoking January 1st, and I signed up for the Warrior Dash coming to Atlanta this April. It’s the world’s largest obstacle 5K race. As if running 3.1 miles wasn’t difficult enough, they decided to add 12 outrageous obstacles!
Honestly, I’m excited to do the WD run, I’m just really out of shape! I found an awesome new walking trail near me where I can go with the girls and the dogs. And I’m going to start riding my bike around my neighborhood more.

What a great motivator. I am pretty good about working out, but some people need that extra push.
Congratulations on all of your accomplishments! I love what Sears is doing with this.
This is the first I have heard of this program. Sounds really nice. I will be checking it out.
Sounds like a great program! Nothing like getting great motivation to be a healthier happier you!
I think this is an amazing idea! I’m not surprised Sears came up with it. They’re a great store.
I love that Sears came up with such a fun way to get healthy and earn rewards at the same time. Super smart!
I think motivation through rewards is a great help for weight loss. When you just step on the scale, and the number decreases slowly, you don’t have much reason to keep pushing yourself. This would be beneficial to many trying to keep their new year’s resolution.
It sounds like 2015 is going to be a huge year for you! I’ve never done a 5k, but I would love to try. I’m not sure I’m ready for all of the obstacles in this one!
This is fantastic. Love that they have this.
This is such a neat way to keep you motivated to reach your goals! I could definitely see a new wardrobe to celebrate!
Love this! The fitness rewards is really cool!
I love that you earn points when you make progress. That would definitely help keep me motivated to work out.
I love the points program in this! It definitely sounds like a great way to keep yourself on the right track.
What a great program. I’ve been exercising and working on fitness since December, so this is great timing for me to hear about this.
Congrats on your quitting smoking. I am 11 years smoke free myself and it is such a great feeling to kick that habit. I think this FitStudio.com program sounds wonderful. I am going to go over and check it out a little more right now!
This is really cool! Definitely an encouraging way to get fit!
I got my treadmill at Sears a few years back. I use it every day and it’s still good as new. 🙂 Congrats on kicking the smoking habit!
Congrats on quitting smoking. This sounds like a great program I would love to check it out.

This seems great- I love fun ways that help you keep healthy!
I would think a warrior dash would be fun. I also want to do a color run. I think I need to get into better shape first.
