I’ve always been a fan of the bento lunches. My oldest just started pre-k this year and they provide breakfast and lunch, so in the meantime, I’m practicing my bento lunch box skills with creative after school snacks.

Both of my girls can be picky eaters, but they will eat just about anything if you present it to them in a fun way.

California-Olives

California Ripe Olives are kid-friendly and the perfect option for creating tasty and creative food art for the back to school season.

If you don’t have fancy sandwich cutters (I don’t), you can use metal cans or glass cups to cut the bread into shapes. I did use a heart-shaped cutter for two of these snacks.
