After I had Natalie I started a weekly weigh-in linky and lost 60 pounds!! It kept me accountable knowing I needed to post my weight each week!
Of course the week I hit my goal weight, I found out I was pregnant with Haley!
Yeah I know!
What a kick in the face!
Luckily with this pregnancy I didn’t gain quite as much weight but I’ve yet to lose any of it and Haley is 2 months old!
So I’m back! Time to lose that baby weight! I’m not “dieting” but focusing more on eating healthy and exercising.
I still need extra calories every day since I’m breastfeeding but I need a ton of exercise to lose this tire around my hips!

STARTING WEIGHT: 168 lbs
WEIGHT WHEN I DELIVERED HALEY: 187 lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 145 lbs
I will be doing something along the lines of this after baby girl is born. After having my first I never ended up losing the weight I wanted to. I gained 65+ pounds with him and ony lost about 30 of it and am hoping to gain a lot less with baby girl.

Good luck! I am on the same journey. I just ordered Jillian Micheal’s 30 Day Shred. Apparently, it’s only 20 minutes a day.
